Find the thing worth building.
Turn a skill, a repeatable task or a process you know into a focused product. Name the buyer, define the outcome and check the demand before you draft.
YOUR AI-ASSISTED PRODUCT WORKSPACE
The Obsidian workspace, AI instructions and launch tools behind this very product. Open the system. Learn the method. Build your own.
02 · PRODUCT MAP.md
Each lesson points to a template. Each template has an example. Every note has a next step, so the buyer never hits a dead end.
THE PRODUCT IS THE DEMONSTRATION
Course Foundry is a connected knowledge product: lessons that lead to templates, prompts that lead to drafts, and checks that turn those drafts into something useful.
You get that structure, the original files, and a walkthrough of how this kit is put together. Then you use the same building blocks for your own knowledge. Your own buyer. Your own offer.
Inspect the files before you decideWhat does the buyer need to finish?
Lessons → templates → examples
Clear roles, context and review gates
A linked vault and a real storefront
ONE WORKSPACE. CONNECTED FROM THE START.
Move from “what should I make?” to a product someone can open and use. Every stage leaves you with a concrete output.
Turn a skill, a repeatable task or a process you know into a focused product. Name the buyer, define the outcome and check the demand before you draft.
Use clear roles, source notes and a product map to draft structured lessons. Connect each lesson to an exercise, a template and a worked example.
Turn the files into screen recordings, useful excerpts and faceless demos. Build a repeatable content workflow around the thing you actually sell.
Write an offer people can inspect. Package your files, prepare delivery, price the scope and learn from real customer questions.
LESS TALK. OPEN A FILE.
LESSON EXCERPT
“Photography” is a topic. “Photograph a small product with one window and a phone” is an outcome. The outcome tells the buyer what they can do after using the product.
A one-sentence promise you can demonstrate.
GO DEEPER THAN A FOLDER OF PROMPTS
AI can produce a lot of text. The workspace helps you give it useful context and decide what deserves to stay.
Narrow the buyer and the outcome.
Map the lessons and dependencies.
Draft one complete unit at a time.
Challenge unsupported claims and missing steps.
Make the work clearer and easier to use.
Turn the product into a demonstration.
Role instructions for your AI assistant. You approve the work.
An Obsidian Canvas map, linked command center, properties and local graph guide keep your source notes, drafts and finished outputs in view.
Check factual claims, complete the example, review the buyer’s next action and test the download. The system includes the checks, not just the generation prompts.
Follow a client kickoff toolkit from scattered questions to a connected mini-product. Compare the blank template with the completed version.

YOUR FIRST BUILD / FREE
Get a working mini-vault and turn one idea into a clear offer brief. It’s the smallest useful version of the full system.
A computer is recommended for building. Readable as plain Markdown. No paid Obsidian plugin required.
The kit is the demonstration: linked Markdown lessons, prompts, templates, examples and release checks. The included build notes show the actual structure and the quality checks used here. You learn to apply that workflow to your own topic, using your own sources.
Obsidian organizes and connects your files. You use the included instructions with your own AI assistant, either by sharing selected context in chat or granting a file-capable assistant access to your own working folder. No paid community plugin is required. This is an AI-ready workflow, not an autonomous hosted agent.
Choose the Vault if you want the method, workspace and content tools and already have a way to sell. Choose the System if you also want the storefront source, sample signup, payment and delivery implementation. The System needs technical setup in your own accounts.
This website is designed for mobile. The Markdown files can be read in Obsidian on mobile, but a computer is recommended for building your product, managing files and deploying the storefront. Mobile sync is optional and is not included.
You can start with neither. The first module helps you select an idea and investigate demand. The launch kit helps you demonstrate it. It still takes useful knowledge, judgment, distribution and real feedback; an audience or sales are not guaranteed.
Yes, you can sell original products you create using the method and templates. The System code can be rebranded for your storefront. The Course Foundry lessons and prompt collection are for your use; you cannot resell the unmodified kit as your own course.
Your AI plan, domain, commercial hosting, payment processing and any email service are separate. The kit is a one-time file purchase. It does not include managed hosting, an AI subscription or ongoing one-to-one implementation.
The free starter kit is available now. Paid checkout is paused while seller details and payment-provider testing are completed. Prices shown are the planned USD launch prices. Final purchase and refund terms will be confirmed before payments open.
THE NEXT THING YOU OPEN COULD BE YOUR OWN.
Useful knowledge. Original work. A business you build.
