PRIVACY & EMAIL · UPDATED 6 SEPTEMBER 2026

Your data stays yours.

Course Foundry stores an email address when you request the free starter kit. The kit unlocks in your browser after that request is saved. Submitting the form does not send an email, create an AI account or start a purchase.

What we store

Your email address, request time, signup source, whether you opted into marketing, and the exact consent wording and version shown to you. We do not add you to the marketing export unless you positively choose the optional checkbox. The email address is not verified through a confirmation email at this stage.

Your separate marketing choice

The checkbox starts unchecked. You can get the free kit without marketing permission. If you opt in, your request covers Course Foundry tutorials, product updates and offers by email. No campaign-sending service is currently connected. Before sending, the operator must connect an appropriate email provider and use only eligible, unsuppressed opt-ins.

Private storage and hosting

Signup records are stored in private Vercel Blob storage in the United States (iad1). They are accessible through the server and authorized account access, not public file links. Vercel also processes technical request information, including network addresses and logs, to operate and protect the website. We do not use advertising pixels, third-party analytics or external font requests.

Essential access cookie

After a successful request, an HttpOnly access cookie lets this browser download the sample for seven days. It contains a signed signup identifier, not your email address. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can remove it in your browser settings; doing so removes that browser’s download access.

Unsubscribe and delete your signup

The confirmation screen gives you a private preferences link. Keep it private. It lets you unsubscribe from marketing or delete the particular signup associated with that link. Future marketing emails must include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing places a suppression against the email address so it is excluded even if there are duplicate requests.

Deleting the signup removes that record’s email and consent details and revokes its sample access. A non-readable, keyed suppression identifier is retained to avoid re-adding the address to marketing. Other separately submitted signup records are not automatically deleted by that link. Records otherwise remain in private storage until deleted; no automatic retention cleanup is currently enabled. The operator must review retention and verify ownership before handling broader data requests.

Purchases and third-party tools

Paid sales remain paused. Once enabled, Stripe will handle card details and the storefront will verify payment status for downloads. Any future email-delivery provider and material changes in data use will be described here. Using the downloaded prompts with an AI service is your separate choice, governed by that service’s data practices.

Contact and operator details

Course Foundry is the product brand. Final seller identity and the monitored support inbox are still being configured before paid sales open. The self-service preferences link works independently of a support inbox.
